investigations into equality and diversity cases, grievances, conduct
and disciplinary cases.
Do You Need an independent investigator?
Issues and concerns can arise in any workplace and, when necessary, the use of an independent workplace investigator allows these issues and concerns to be dealt with in a fair and consistent manner. A properly conducted investigation allows employers to fully evaluate the matter at hand and reach an informed decision, whilst also giving the employee peace of mind that a fair, impartial investigation is being carried out on their behalf.
Most people don’t know that during disputes you should involve a trusted independent advisor. It has been shown that failing to follow a fair process can result in a 25% uplift of damages awarded in Employment Tribunal.
